Suivo is intended for business use by real estate professionals and their teams. The iOS app is a companion app for existing Suivo customers. Account setup, team administration, billing, and subscriptions are managed through the Suivo web app.

Client, Lead, and CRM Information
Suivo customers and users may enter or sync information about leads, clients, contacts, properties, appointments, and related business activity. This may include:

AI Processing
Suivo may use AI features to help summarize conversations, qualify leads, suggest next actions, draft responses, or organize customer relationship information.
AI features are used to provide app functionality and improve the usefulness of Suivo for your team. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking.
App Store Privacy Summary
For Apple App Store purposes, Suivo may collect data linked to the user, including:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and physical address
- User content, such as emails, text messages, customer support messages, notes, and other user-provided content
- Identifiers, such as user ID and device ID
- Usage data, such as product interaction data
This data is used for app functionality and, where applicable, product personalization. Suivo does not use this data for third-party advertising or tracking.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Suivo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
If a user deletes their account or requests deletion, we delete or de-identify personal account information where reasonably possible. Some team-owned business records, such as lead history, client communications, audit records, appointments, and transaction-related records, may be retained for business continuity, legal, compliance, security, or contractual reasons.
Account Deletion and Privacy Requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us at contact@suivo.ca.
Where available, users may also delete their account from within the iOS app. Account deletion removes or disconnects the user's account profile, authentication linkage, device tokens, mailbox connections, and other user-specific data where possible. Team-owned CRM records may remain available to the organization if needed for business continuity or legal obligations.
If your Suivo account is managed by your employer, brokerage, team, or organization, some requests may need to be handled through that organization.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, audit logging, secure infrastructure, and least-privilege access practices.

International Processing
Suivo and its service providers may process and store information in Canada, the United States, or other locations where we or our providers operate. When information is processed outside your region, it may be subject to the laws of that location.
Children
Suivo is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
