Cookies and website storage

At a glance: With your permission, Suivo uses Google Analytics to understand how the public landing site is used. The Google tag does not load before you accept and does not load if you decline. We do not use it for advertising. Calendly may use its own cookies when you choose to open the scheduling calendar.
What Suivo stores in your browser
The public website uses browser storage rather than first-party tracking cookies. These values stay on your device and are not advertising profiles.
| Storage item | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
suivo-consent | Stores either granted or declined so the cookie notice does not appear on every visit. It remains in local storage until you clear the site's browser data. |
suivo-demo-email | Temporarily stores an email entered in the homepage demo field for the current browser-tab session. The storage operation itself does not send that email to Suivo. Session storage is normally cleared when the tab session ends. |
_ga and related GA4 identifiers | Google Analytics may set first-party identifiers only after you accept analytics cookies. They distinguish browsers and sessions so Suivo can understand aggregate site usage. Their duration is controlled by the GA4 property and your browser settings. |
Google Analytics
After you select Accept, GA4 may collect pages viewed, session and interaction information, approximate location, browser and device details, referring information, and the limited conversion events listed below. Suivo configures the tag with advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals disabled.
demo_openwhen a Book a demo dialog is opened;calendly_openwhen the Calendly scheduler is requested; andcontact_email_clickwhen a contact email link is selected.
Suivo does not send names, email addresses, Calendly answers, CRM information, or other form contents to Google Analytics. We do not currently use Meta Pixel, PostHog, Hotjar, or another advertising or behavioural analytics tracker on this landing site.
Calendly scheduling
Calendly is an optional third-party scheduling service. Its resources load only after you select View available times on the Contact page or open a Book a demo dialog.
When Calendly loads, it may receive your IP address, browser and device information, referring or page context, cookies or similar identifiers, and—if you schedule a meeting—the name, contact details, availability, answers, and other meeting information you submit. Calendly handles this information under its own privacy terms.
Opening the scheduler is a direct request to use Calendly and can load Calendly regardless of the choice stored by Suivo's cookie notice. If you prefer not to load Calendly, you can contact us at contact@suivo.ca.
Basic website request logs
Our hosting, content-delivery, and security infrastructure may create basic request logs when the website is accessed. These may include an IP address, request time, requested route, response status, and browser or device information. These records support security, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. They are not created by the cookie-notice choice.
